With over 3,000+ types, and dimensions of 0.5x0.5mm to 50x50mm, KIMT’s TECs are made with custom in-house elements to provide excellent temperature stabilization and ramping rates.

Using a special epoxy construction, rather than the standard metallization practices, these TECs are perfect for applications where high temperature cycles are critical, such as in biotech. Unlike standard TECs, these last over 1,000,000 cycles!

For special applications requiring a very high delta T (such as cooled cameras), we are able to build TECs with many stages and reach a delta T of 130K+. We can also make custom shapes such as circles, with center holes, or “non-standard” dimensions.

Especially designed for markets such as telecom, sensors, or photonics, we are able to mount TECs into standard or customized packages. We are also able to supply the packages themselves.

For clients who truly need something unique, we have many offerings such as: special moisture coatings, gold solder, unique metallization patterns, difficult hermetic assemblies, etc.
